{"id":18089,"date":"2020-02-26T14:06:48","date_gmt":"2020-02-26T19:06:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old-caodanak.asban.dev\/en\/?p=18089"},"modified":"2020-04-01T13:12:00","modified_gmt":"2020-04-01T17:12:00","slug":"schedule-change-walk-in-clinic-odanak-health-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old-caodanak.asban.dev\/en\/schedule-change-walk-in-clinic-odanak-health-center\/","title":{"rendered":"SCHEDULE CHANGE | WALK-IN CLINIC ODANAK HEALTH CENTER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Every to weeks, as of March 18<\/strong>, Dr. Vincent Leroux-Lapointe will now be present at the Odanak Health Centre on <strong>Wednesday afternoons, from 1 to 3:30 pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A quick reminder of the eligibility criteria that must be met in order to meet Dr. Leroux-Lapointe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a resident of the community of Odanak including immediate family members (spouse\/child(ren)) or be a legal and registered member of the community of Odanak living off-reserve including immediate family members (spouse\/child(ren));<\/li>\n<li>Priority to members of the Odanak community who do not have a family doctor;<\/li>\n<li>Possibility of emergency consultations and\/or for a specific health problem (sinusitis, otitis, injury, etc.) for members who already have a family doctor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To obtain a walk-in appointment or for any other information, please contact Andr\u00e9anne Gouin at: 450-568-6766 ext. 4030 (Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to be on the waiting list in the region, it\u2019s important to register with the <em>Guichet d&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un m\u00e9decin de famille (GAMF)<\/em> in Nicolet if you do not have a family doctor.
